Originally this system had the same P25 System ID ("14C") as the existing US Department of Defense 14C system They have duplicate RFSS/site numbers causing confusion.
In August 2025 this system (US Marine Corps Installations West (MCI-West)) transitioned to new P25 System ID C76.
Site 5.17 (388.1625c) is a transportable site. It was last seen (Dec-2025) as a neighbor of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton site 2.04.
